• Designed and shipped an in-app AI Assistant using RAG — document chunking, embeddings (Voyage), and semantic retrieval over PostgreSQL/pgvector with IVFFlat — tuning probes for grounded, low-hallucination answers.
• Built an idempotent embedding/indexing pipeline (content-hash dedupe, orphan cleanup) keeping the knowledge base in sync, with retrieval-quality evaluation.
• Engineered backend services and REST APIs for the multi-tenant SaaS in TypeScript/Node.js (Express, Knex) on schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL, serving multiple live tenants.
• Architected event-driven, agentic automation and routed all invoice creation through a single, auditable issuance chokepoint.
• Integrated payment gateways (Stripe, Amazon Payment Services, PayPal, Network) with hosted-redirect flows, server-side reconciliation and idempotent completion; built UAE e-invoicing and QR table-ordering with server-authoritative pricing, secured with JWT & rate limiting.
• Delivered React admin and storefront frontends end-to-end and released a signed Android app (Capacitor) to Google Play; wrote Python automation for data migration and verification.
• Containerized with Docker and deployed via GitHub Actions CI/CD to Hetzner behind Cloudflare (DNS/SSL/WAF); monitored with Prometheus & Grafana.
